About the Service Period
*Go to the app to extend your plan (On the main page, you can view your current plan period and options to extend)
Your data and service is reset every 30 days.
Example:
If your activation/start date is March 7, your service will end on April 5.
To extend your service beyond April 5, please make sure to complete the extension and payment before the service end date.
If you wish to restart your service within 90 days of cancellation:
Even if your service is canceled, PhoneBox allows you to recover your phone number and restart your service within 90 days.
Within 30 days of cancellation:
You can restore your phone number and restart your service for free.
Between 31 and 90 days after cancellation:
You can still restore your phone number and restart your service for $10 + tax.
Your new service period will begin from the payment date.
Example:
Even if your service was canceled on August 15, PhoneBox will retain your phone number until November 10.
If you request number recovery on or before September 13, it’s free.

, a fee of $10 + tax will apply.
