Service Suspension / Reactivation

If you would like to reactivate a phone number you’ve used before, please contact our Customer Care team.
※Please note that reactivation is not guaranteed.
If you do not set up a plan extension or make a payment, your line will be automatically suspended.
Cycle Duration: 30 days
When you make a payment through the app or website within the 30-day period, your data will be reset and your service will continue for another 30 days from the start date.
Example:
If your activation date is March 7, your service will end on April 5.
To continue using the service after April 6, you must complete your plan extension and payment before the service end date.

Phone Number Retention After Cancellation

Your phone number will be stored for 90 days after cancellation.
If you wish to restore your number and resume service within 90 days of cancellation, please contact Customer Support.
Within 30 days of cancellation: Phone number restoration is free
From 31 to 90 days after cancellation: Restoration is available for $10 + tax
After 90 days: The phone number will be permanently deactivated
Your new service terms will be based on your payment date.
Example:
If you cancel on August 15, your number will be retained until November 10.
You can restore your number for free by September 13.
From September 14 to November 10, number restoration will require a $10 + tax fee.
