How to extend your service period

Step-by-Step Guide

1.
Open the PhoneBox website or app
2.
Sign in to your account
3.
On the main page, you can view your current plan period and options to extend

Extend the Same Plan

1.
Click <Extend>
2.
Review your plan details and pricing
To enable auto-extension, check the box for <Set up Automatic Extension>
3.
Choose <Pay Now> or <Other Payment Method> to proceed with payment
4.
Once payment is approved, you will see a confirmation screen
Your extension is now complete!

Change Your Plan and Extend

1.
Click <Change Plan>
2.
Select your preferred new plan and click <Next>
3.
Review your new plan details and pricing
4.
Choose <Pay Now> or <Other Payment Method> to proceed with payment
5.
Once payment is approved, you will see a confirmation screen
Your plan change and extension are now complete
