You can enable automatic payments by registering your credit card.
Registering a Credit Card
By adding a credit card, your service will automatically renew every 30 days.
To begin, create an account and log in through the PhoneBox website or app.
How to Create an Account:1.
Click <Profile> from the menu
2.
Click <Add Your Card>
3.
Enter your credit card details:
•
Credit card number
•
Name on the card
•
Expiration date (MM/YY)
•
CCV (3 or 4-digit security code on the back of the card)
4.
To enable automatic payment, check "Auto Extension"
5.
To automatically add unlimited international calling ($10/month), check "Add-on Auto International Calling"
6.
Click <Save>
7.
If you selected auto extension, you’ll see this message:

Click <Confirm> to finish
9.
Your card is now registered!
Edit Card Information
1.
Go to the PhoneBox website or app and sign in
2.
Click on the <Profile> tab
If you’ve already saved card information, the screen will look like this:

Click <Edit Card>
4.
Enter the updated credit card details:
•
Credit card number
•
Cardholder name
•
Expiration date (MM/YY)
•
CCV
5.
To enable auto payment, check "Auto Extension"
6.
To auto-add international calling, check "Add-on Auto International Calling"
7.
Click <Save>
8.
If auto extension is selected, you’ll see this notice:

Click <Confirm> to finish
10.
Your card information is now updated!
Cancel Auto Payment
To cancel automatic payments:
Click the
Cancel Auto Payment
button.
